About me
I enjoy travel and adventure. I have worked in Guernsey, in the UK, in the USA and in West Africa. I am married to a Guernseyman and am Mum to 4 children. My favourite place to be is outside, especially by the sea. As well as being a people-person, I also really like animals.
I am passionate about helping people find solutions to things that cause distress and to develop more satisfaction in their life and relationships. I have learned so much from personal experience and from journeying with others. Life is wonderful, but never easy. Developing self-awareness and having trustworthy people to support us along the way can make all the difference to our well-being.
